Dreamed of the Bangles song "When the Hero Takes a Fall"; going with Father to drive a musician to a christening, but staying out of it because I wasn't dressed right.
We went out and bought seeds.
Did some hoeing. The garden is almost ready for planting!
Dinner was McDonald's.
We installed a new mailbox. (The old one was rusty and at a distance from the house because the previous owners had a dog.)
Saw the DVD of Edward Yang's Yi Yi, a three-hour "slice of life" drama about a family in Taiwan. Very complex. (I may want to see it again, since it's hard to figure out completely the first time.)
