Dreamed of a motel in Baddeck, Cape Breton.
Saw the last two episodes of the fourth season of The Sopranos, in which Tony and Johnny schemed against Carmine, and Carmela walked out on Tony. This DVD player doesn't have the feature where you can rewind and fast-forward a little at a time. (That's what happens when you buy the cheapest model they're selling!)
Headache.
Actually, it turns out that this DVD player does have the search function. (I couldn't find it because the buttons were tiny.)
Dinner was fettucine with pesto sauce (which I cooked).
Saw Yasujiro Ozu's Early Spring, about a Tokyo salaryman who has an extramarital affair. The story was told from several perspectives.
The Golden Compass is a terrific adventure story!
