Dreamed of a manual stamp that printed out a whole speech by FDR; another that printed out a group of reviews of classic movies; a pair of corkscrew pins; a strawberry-flavoured lozenge candy; Nemorino's aria at the start of the Donizetti opera The Elixir of Love; reflecting that MTV's campaign urging young people to vote was lame.
On the third day at work I managed to finish that filing! Glad to have it over before the weekend.
Went shopping.
Dinner was chicken curry.
Saw Elem Klimov's Come and See, about the Nazi invasion of Belarus, at the Cinematheque. It's really stunning in its depiction of the craziness that's part of war.
