The power came back about 5:00 and I finally printed out the June entries in my diary.
Dreamed of staying up for an episode of SCTV (it was shown late at night) but dozing off periodically.
Managed to walk to Dr. Hassan's office with time to spare despite the subways being stopped. Two hours each way. The libraries are closed.
Bought the new Vanity Fair with Prince William on the cover.
Dinner was McDonald's.
Had an afternoon nap and sweated profusely (as I did last night).
Went to the Cinematheque and found that their movies have been postponed to next week. But I was glad to get out.
There was a brief "aftershock" blackout here in the late afternoon.
